The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of free drop-in group exercise classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members. Drop-in group exercise classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Offerings include a variety of strength and cardio classes such as yoga, Zumba®, cardio kickboxing, Hour of Power, cycle and more. Looking for a more consistent challenge?
