The Kroc Center is proud to offer drop–in group exercise classes from LES MILLS™, one of the world's best–known fitness brands. Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LES MILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness.


In 2019, the Kroc is running live instructor–led classes, as well as video classes in our new Virtual Fitness Studio – the only virtual LES MILLS™ studio in the Grand Rapids area!

  • Boot Camp


    This total body workout is where fat is burned and pride is earned. Boot Camp is a high-intensity strength and cardio program designed to enhance your endurance, agility, speed, power, quickness and strength. Most importantly, it will maximize the amount of calories burned. Your instructor will motivate you in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere and give you the knowledge to help achieve your fitness goals!

  • Boxing


    Punch your way into fitness! This class includes bouts of intense intervals, kickboxing specific strength  and endurance training. (Boxing gloves are required)

  • Cycle


    This class will provide a powerful workout of intense interval training in an all-terrain format on an indoor stationary resistance bike. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring towel and a water bottle. INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED.

  • Cycle Strength


    This class incorporates intervals of cycle and strength exercises both on and off the bike. Try this phenomenal class for a total body workout that will give you a cardio challenge combined with reshaping results.


  • The Daniel Plan


    The Daniel Plan is like no other wellness program! Created around the essentials Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends, this program will equip you with the practical tools and resources to bring health into every area of your life. Followed by a weekly lesson, each week will include encouragement and accountability, setting healthy goals and participating in activities. Book is provided. Participants may also wish to purchase a journal and/or app.

  • Group Strength Training


    Start your day with an invigorating strength training workout. Each week we'll complete a different workout targeting all muscle groups using dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls and much more. This class is geared toward those who want a guided strength-training experience, with less emphasis on a cardiovascular workout and more focus on correct lifting form and technique.

  • HIIT


    A total body workout that incorporates strength training using both equipment and body weight resistance, and cardiovascular exercise. All levels.

  • Heavy Lifters Club


    See your strength soar in this advanced class for lifters! We'll focus on the three power lifts - squat, bench and dead-lift - stressing technique, tips, and accessory exercises for maximum progress and results. Blast past your old numbers with stronger, bigger muscles and renewed confidence in the weight room.

  • Hour of Power


    The Ultimate Workout that combines a high-intensity, whole-body workout to maximize fat burn; cardio and breathing techniques to work your heart and lungs; stretching to increase flexibility and – most importantly – great results! The Hour of Power aims to target all these in a high-rep weights and aerobic work out that’s simple, yet effective.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    (Program)Prenatal Yoga applies postures, breathing, and meditation to help sooth the challenges of pregnancy. These classes will build strength, focus and flexibility through gentle practice. Expect a combination of active, flowing poses as well as restorative poses to relax and re-energize. Prenatal Yoga provides a serene, supportive, community energy that will allow you to connect with other moms-to-be.

  • Senior Fit


    A low impact cardio and strength workout to help improve balance and activities of daily living. BEGINNERS.

  • Senior Yoga


    A simple form of yoga that incorporates poses appropriate for seniors. Senior Yoga helps increase muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. BEGINNERS.

  • Stretch & Flex


    This class is geared for the active older adult and will include the use of chairs or props for those with balance challenges. The deep yoga stretch in a basic, beginner format will enhance the overall function of your body. BEGINNERS.

  • Total Body Fit


    A revolutionary resistance training class that works all major muscle groups for 4 minutes each and is set to dynamic music. ALL LEVELS

  • Turbo Kick


    Get a great cardio workout with a kick, block, and punch! This class involves a sport-specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, kickboxing specific strength and endurance training. ALL LEVELS.

  • TRX Circuit


    TRX is a suspension-training exercise that uses a system of straps to build strength, core stability, balance and flexibility. Using your body weight and gravity to provide resistance, TRX delivers a full-body workout to build muscle strength, stability and endurance. TRX is a fun, effective and beneficial workout for all skill levels.

  • Yoga


    Great for both beginners and more experienced students, this class will explore yoga poses and breathing techniques to increase strength and flexibility. Each class will incorporate stretching, poses, and breathing exercises. All participants will be equally challenged. ALL LEVELS.

  • Zumba


    Zumba is a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, rumba and more.

Group Exercise Classes

The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of free drop-in group exercise classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members. Drop-in group exercise classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Offerings include a variety of strength and cardio classes such as yoga, Zumba®, cardio kickboxing, Hour of Power, cycle and more. Looking for a more consistent challenge?
